Description

Shree Dnyaneshwari is a book whose charm has remained in the minds of people for centuries. Although Pushpalata Kadhe is actually a person in the field of science and research, it would not be an exaggeration to say that this expression of hers is the form of Mother Saraswati adorned with beautiful garments. This bliss given by God in the form of this verses reaches us with ease and beauty in the form of Dnyaneshwari Mauli. This poem is composed in a well-structured manner like verse-to-verse format, despite limiting the number of ovi or verse, enough justice has been given to the description. Flowing poetic prose is another feature of this book. The 18 chapters of the Gita were conveyed to the general public by Dnyaneshwari in nature, it is his belief that Dnyandev himself got written this poetic translation from me in the same pure spirit, and his suffix is experienced by the common reader while reading the translation.

श्री ज्ञानेश्वरी असा ग्रंथ आहे की ज्याची मोहिनी शतकानुशतके जनमानसात राहिलेली आहे. पुष्पलता कढे या खरंतर सायन्स व संशोधन क्षेत्रातली व्यक्ती असूनही त्यांनी केलेला हा भावानुवाद म्हणजे सरस्वती मातेचे सुंदर वस्त्रालंकारांनी नटलेले रूप आहे असे म्हटले, तर अतिशयोक्ती होणार नाही. ईश्वराने स्फुरण रूपाने दिलेला हा प्रसन्न आनंद ज्ञानेश्वरी माऊलीच्या स्वरुपात सहज सुंदरतेने आपल्यापर्यंत पोहोचतो, ‘ओवीला ओवी’ अशा सुबद्ध पद्धतीने ही काव्यरचना केलेली आहे, ओवीसंख्या मर्यादित ठेवूनही विवरणाला पुरेसा न्याय दिला गेला आहे, प्रवाही काव्यानुवाद हे ह्या ग्रंथाचे अजून एक वैशिष्ट. गीतेचे १८ अध्याय प्रकृतात ज्ञानेश्वरीने सर्वसामान्यांपर्यंत पोहोचविले, त्याच निर्मल भावनेने ज्ञानदेवांनीच लेखणीत शिरून हा काव्यनुवादात ज्ञानेश्वरी माझ्याकडून लिहून घेतली अशी त्यांची श्रद्धा आहे आणि त्याचा प्रत्यय हा भावानुवाद वाचताना सामान्य वाचकाला येत राहतो.
