या ग्रंथात महर्षी गौतमाची ज्ञायसुत्रे त्यावरील टिका आणि परिमणाहसह मराठीत आहेत. याला पुष्टीकारक वाड़्‌मय पुढीलप्रमाणे अहे. वात्स्यायनाचे सुत्रभाष्यल ओधतर याचे वार्तिक, ज्ञायवर्तिक, वापस्पती मिश्रा यांचे ताप्तर्य टिका आणि विश्वनाथ वृती जयंत यांचे व्तायमंजिरी. हे दर्शन महर्षी आकाश पाद गौतम यांचे आहे. यामध्ये प्रमाणाची विविध लक्षणे, मनाची लक्षणे तसेच आत्म्याची लक्षणे व शरिर आणि अवयव यांचे विस्तृत वर्णन आहे.
