He had blessed many Sadhakas trudging along the path of meditation. Krishnanand Swami was his favourite disciple and also possessed many of his Guru?s qualities. It is his story along with his Guru?s that is elaborated here.

महर्षी कृष्णानंद यांनी लिहिलेल्या Done ways to Light या इंग्रजी पुस्तकाच्या हा अनुवाद आहे. साधना आणि योग यावर प्रकाश टाकणारे हे पुस्तक आहे. आज आपण प्रचंड स्पर्धेच्या जगात जगात आहोत. प्रत्येक स्तरावर आपल्याला प्रचंड तणावाला तोंड द्यावे लागत आहे. अध्यत्माचे महत्व लोकांना जाणवू लागले आहे. अध्यात्माच्या मार्गावर सोपेपणाने कसे जाता येईल याविषयीचे काही उपाय कृष्णानंद यांनी यात सुचविले आहे.
माणसाचे संपूर्ण व्यक्तिमत्व बदलण्यासाठी ध्यान आणि अध्यात्म अत्यंत प्रभावशाली आहे. सत्य हे सुंदर आणि अद्‌भूत असते. श्री अमर गुरू यांचा महर्षी विश्‍वमित्रांकडून मार्गदर्शन मिळल्याचे भाग्य लाभले होते. हे सुक्ष्म रूप घेऊन विश्वामध्ये कुठेही फिर शकत असत. त्यांने अनेक साधकांना ध्यान साधनेच्या मार्गावर पुढे नेले होते. कृष्णानंद स्वामी हे त्यांचेच शिष्य असून आपल्या गुरूकडून अनेक गुण त्यांनी मिळवले होते. या पुस्तकात त्यांची कथा तर आहेत परंतु त्यांच्या गुरूच्या आठवणीही आहेत.
