जैन दर्शन - In the first part of this book Dr. Kumthekar has covered the history of Jain literature. In the second part of the book he has given all the translation and explanatory notes with the original text of तत्त्वार्थसूत्र by उमास्वाती in his simple and lucid language. तत्त्वार्थसूत्र is considered as basic text of both the traditions, i.e. श्वेतांबर and दिगंबर, of Jainism. So this is very important text from Jainism.Jain philosophy has been discussed in detail. Types of knowledge, it’s sources, types of birth, description of various khandas and dvipas is done in detail. As well as classification of gods, types of vratas , everything is discussed in proper way.
